Expert Privacy Notice
This notice describes how Lometa LLC handles information when you create an expert profile, explore or apply for opportunities, take a screening or interview, or perform project work.
Who we are and scope
Lometa LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Our address for privacy and legal notices is 7710 N FM 620 Bldg 13-D, Austin, TX 78726, United States. Contact us at privacy@lometa.si. This notice applies to expert profiles, applications, screenings, interviews, and project work on Lometa’s services. A project agreement may add specific privacy, confidentiality, or security terms.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, we collect account and contact details such as your name and email; profile information such as your headline, biography, organization, location, time zone, skills, work experience, education, languages, and country; profile photos and resumes you upload; opportunity searches, applications, answers, availability, and career preferences; support messages; and project-related communications, deliverables, onboarding, earnings, review, score, feedback, and dispute records. The information requested varies by opportunity and activity.
Screenings and interviews
A screening or interview may collect your written responses and, where the format uses audio or video, a recording, transcript, and related evaluation results. The interview interface will identify recording before it begins where applicable. The Zoë evaluation service may process interview answers and transcripts to help assess responses and support quality review. Authorized Lometa personnel review results and make the final decision in the documented workflow. We do not use interview answers to train general-purpose public foundation models; responses may be used to operate, assess, and improve Lometa’s screening and interview services.
Information collected from your device
When you sign in or use account features, technical and security records may include IP address, approximate city or country derived from request data, registered country, country-match status, browser/device information, and session start, last-seen, and end times. Our hosting and security providers may also generate delivery, error, and security logs. The site does not use screen recording or session-replay tools in the current application.
How we use information
We use information to create and administer accounts and profiles; show relevant opportunities and support matching; receive and assess applications; conduct screenings and interviews; review work and provide feedback; coordinate project delivery and payments or earnings records; communicate with you; protect accounts, users, clients, and systems; maintain records; improve the reliability and quality of our services; and comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Sources and legal grounds
We collect information from you, from your use of the expert platform, and from service providers that host or support the platform. A project or opportunity may also provide information about its requirements. Where applicable law requires a legal ground, processing is necessary to provide the account or requested project service, to pursue legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the expert network, to comply with legal obligations, or based on your consent where required.
How information is shared
We use Vercel for hosting and delivery; Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; and Mux for video upload and delivery in interview workflows. Resend delivers messages submitted through the public contact form. Support tickets may be synchronized to Intercom if that integration is enabled. Zoë is Lometa’s private screening and evaluation service. For an opportunity or project, we may share relevant profile, application, interview, and work information with the client or project partners involved, as described in the opportunity or project instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, address fraud or security issues, support a corporate transaction, or at your direction.
Retention and account choices
We retain expert information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to administer the expert network, assess applications, deliver and document project work, maintain financial and business records, resolve disputes, protect security, and comply with law. Interview recordings and transcripts are retained only as needed for screening, review, service quality, and related legal or project requirements, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to backup cycles. You may request account closure or deletion at privacy@lometa.si. We may retain information required for legal, accounting, security, dispute, or contractual reasons and will explain any applicable limit in response.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy-rights decision. Send requests to privacy@lometa.si. We may verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law. You may also contact a relevant privacy regulator. We do not sell expert information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The categories processed in expert workflows include identifiers and contact information; professional and education information; internet, device, and account security information; resumes, profile images, applications, and communications; interview responses, recordings, transcripts, and evaluation results; project records and work product; and earnings, scores, and feedback records. We use these categories to operate accounts and applications, evaluate opportunities and project work, communicate, secure and improve services, and meet legal obligations.
